pomodoro.

The concept behind pomodoro is to break down large tasks into intervals. Here's how it works:

  • Work for 25 minutes 

  • Take a 5 minute break 

  • Repeat.

  • Once you've done this 4 times, the reward is a longer break:10 minutes. ​

Depending on how accomplished you feel, you can keep working or move on. Be as flexible as you need to be with this. If the timer stops and you'd rather finish what you're doing, that's okay- just remember to come up for air. If you want to work on multiple projects at once for 25 minutes each that may work too. Do what will work for you.
