Stop, Pause, Reset

It is so easy to get wrapped up in our thoughts and our to-do lists, but here we can allow ourselves to pause & reset our outlook. By setting a positive intention or a mantra, we can let go of any negative thoughts that have creeped up on us while feeling stressed.

 

When the arrows come full circle, take a second to insert your positive thought. Then, close your eyes & repeat it to yourself.
